Using TrendScout

TrendScout provides research tools based on publicly available Roblox data. You may use it for lawful purposes and must not attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent rate limits, or access other users' data.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time.

Data accuracy

Statistics come from third-party public sources and TrendScout's own stored observations. They may be delayed, incomplete or occasionally wrong. TrendScout is provided “as is”, without warranties, and isn't a substitute for your own judgement.

Your content

Notes, ideas and other content you create remain yours. You grant TrendScout only the permissions needed to store and display that content to you.

Paid plans

TrendScout Pro (currently $9.99 USD) and TrendScout Extreme (currently $19.99 USD) are one-time purchases processed by PayPal (including card payments). Pro owners can upgrade to Extreme by paying the difference. A plan unlocks its features on the account that bought it for as long as TrendScout is offered; it is not a subscription and doesn't renew. AI usage is limited per calendar month (currently 3, 60 and 200 TrendScout AI messages on Free, Pro and Extreme, and 10 Game Idea Generator generations on Pro and 50 on Extreme) and resets on the 1st of each month (UTC); unused allowance doesn't carry over. TrendScout never sees or stores your card or PayPal login details. If a payment is fully refunded, or a chargeback is lost, the plan it bought is removed from the account. Plan limits may change to keep the service sustainable. Contact us about refunds.

AI features

Game ideas, design documents, Luau code and build plans from TrendScout AI and the Game Idea Generator are generated by an AI model and may be inaccurate, insecure, unoriginal or unsuitable. They are starting points, not professional advice, and no concept is guaranteed to be popular or profitable. Review generated code before you publish it, and check that anything you build doesn't infringe others' rights.

TrendScout is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation. Roblox and related marks belong to Roblox Corporation; game names and images belong to their respective creators.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app.
